Principal Solicitor
Kristian Bolwell is the principal solicitor of WorkLawyers.For more than 10 years he worked as an industrial officer for the Fire Brigade Union in the New South Wales Public Sector, as the in-house industrial relations lawyer for the Employee
Association for Qantas and International Pilots and as the Senior National Legal
Officer for the Maritime Union of Australia. With an Honours degree in Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations and a Masters of Aviation he is well equipped to assist you navigate a wide range of employment issues.

Hugh was awarded a Diploma of Law from the University of Wollongong and has
been admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW. He has previously
held the position of Senior Industrial Relations Officer for the Fire Brigade Employees’ Union (FBU), where for approximately 10 years he was responsible
for mediation on a wide range of complex matters relating to both Industrial
Relations and Occupational Health and Safety legislation.

Gail is currently studying an undergraduate degree in Law at the University of
New England. Gail has previously worked in the Aviation and Security industry and has a no nonsense approach to your matter.

Kit Yu is a Juris Doctor Graduate from the University of New South Wales. Kit Yu has previously worked as a Registered Nurse, and brings that same care and efficiency to your matter. Kit Yu also speaks Cantonese.

Chris works as a consultant for WorkLawyers as part of his own practice and commitment to helping people with Workers Compensation and personal injury claims.
Chris was awarded a first class honours degree in Law from the University of
Technology. With a strong background in public advocacy, he runs a mixed injury
