Most of the time, the first step will be to have a discussion between an employer and an employee and we can help you prepare for this discussion. If the problem does not resolve, the next step might be to get the Fair Work Commission to hear about the problem and for them to make a determination.
This process will often involve a compulsory mediation session between you and your employer. If however, the resolution outcome remains unsatisfactory we can then commence an action within the court system to resolve the dispute.
